What are the features of the MQT130 Pneumatic Anchor Rod Drill?

Pneumatic rock bolt drilling rigs are widely applicable to roadways with rock hardness ≤ f10, and are particularly suitable for rock bolt support operations in coal mine roadways. They can drill holes for roof bolts and anchor cables, and can also mix and install resin cartridge type rock bolts and anchor cables.  Without the need for other equipment, they can achieve one-time installation and tightening of the rock bolt nut, meeting the requirements for initial pre-tensioning of the anchor.

Features

1. Before drilling, ensure the stability of the roof and coal seam for safe operation. Do not place the drilling rig horizontally on the ground. Placing the drilling rig horizontally on the ground is prohibited because if the air supply is accidentally activated, the air leg could suddenly extend, causing an accident. 

2. When drilling, do not hold the drill rod with gloved hands. When starting a hole, hold the drilling rig firmly and perform the drilling operation. When drilling, gradually increase the thrust at a constant speed to avoid accidents such as slow drilling speed, drill jamming, drill bit breakage, and blade chipping caused by uneven thrust. When the drilling rig is lowered, do not place your hands on the air leg to prevent injury. Reverse torque will occur when the drilling rig is loaded and unloaded. However, this can be balanced by holding the operating arm. Especially during sudden loading and unloading, the operator should pay more attention to their stance and properly hold the operating arm handle.
